What types of Payment do you accept?

We accept all standard Payments by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Where can I find your Steals and Deals?

Our Steals and Deals are chosen by the team every day and go live on our Instagram Stories. We do in-store only deals, as well as online. They are first come, first served, and when thye’re gone they’re gone. 

Follow us  there to stay up to date with the latest.

Can you reserve a Steal of Deal for me?

No, these are first come, first served. Once the item is sold either in-store or online, it is gone.

Can I pay via Cashapp or Zelle?

No, we only process online payments through our website.

Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website?

You can. We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 1 hour after purchasing, so if you change your mind within that time - send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Origins NYC does not offer exchange, returns or refunds of any kind on in-store or online products. All transactions are final. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing them.

What are your shipping options?

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. We do ship domestic and internationally. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer, and does not include customs. Please see our full Shipping policy, here.
